the hotel had an amazing location minutes from plaza san francisco. there was a great restaurant, souvenir shops and retailers next door. i really enjoyed netflix, good heating and complimentary wifi in the incredibly spacious and inviting room.

This hotel is very comfortable and has excellent facilities. The staff have been very helpful. There are a lot of spaces to sit and relax and excellent internet access (7 computers).

I have only been here for one day, but it seems a little way from the main restaurants and parks, however a taxi would be very inexpensive! There are a lot of markets and some restaurants nearby.

Helpful staff who speak good english. Nothing was a problem. When prescription medication was required it was arranged and delivered to the hotel for us.

No bottled water in the room.

Marvellous and unbeatable location right by the Witches Market, San Francisco church, cable car station, local food restaurants, shops. Very close walk to Plaza San Francisco. - Gorgeous and very good breakfast with a wide array of meals.

Fantastic location in centre of market area just a short taxi ride from the main bus station. Excellent and helpful staff. A welcome respite from the hustle bustle of travel in Bolivia.

The hotel is extremely convenient, located adjacent to the Witch's Market and the Church of San Francisco, where many tours start. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The location is marvelous, close to city attractions.

Perfect place to base yourself when doing the various tours in Bolivia. Staff are super efficient and friendly. Lovely big and comfy rooms.
